At MB Ashtekar Jewellers, we take utmost care to ensure your order reaches you securely and on time. Please read our shipping and delivery terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Delivery to the Recipient
To ensure secure delivery, customers are required to provide the recipient’s full name (as per government-issued photo ID), complete address, nearby landmark, pin code, and active contact number.
At the time of delivery, the recipient must present one valid original photo ID (Passport, PAN Card, Driver’s License, Voter ID, or Aadhaar Card). Our courier partner will verify and note the details for records. Recipient cooperation is mandatory for successful delivery.
2. Delivery Locations
Orders will be delivered only to:
- Residential addresses
- Office addresses
- MB Ashtekar Jewellers stores (for in-store pickup)
We do not deliver to public or unsecured places such as hotels, restaurants, hostels, malls, or open streets.
If the recipient is unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery up to three times. In case of repeated failure, the order will be returned to our facility.
3. Shipment Discrepancies
Customers must carefully inspect the parcel at the time of delivery. Any issues such as:
- Damaged packaging or product
- Missing items
- Additional items not ordered
- Evidence of tampering
must be reported within 72 hours of delivery by calling 9595800400 or writing to info@mbashtekarjewellers.com.
4. Missing Products
Please check your package before signing the delivery acknowledgement. If any item is missing, report it within 72 hours of receipt. Our team will investigate and resolve the issue within 7 working days. Claims raised beyond this timeframe may not be accepted.
5. Non-Receipt of Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID on your registered email. A delivery confirmation will also be shared once the parcel is delivered.
If you have not received your order despite delivery confirmation:
- Contact us within 72 hours of the notification.
- Call 9595400800 or email info@mbashtekarjewellers.com.
We will investigate and resolve the matter within 7 working days. Please note, delays in reporting may limit our ability to process refunds or complaints. Chargebacks raised without following this process will not be honored.
6. Gift Packaging
We offer complimentary gift wrapping along with a personalized message card to make your order extra special. To add a gift message, simply fill in the Gift Message box at checkout. Your message will be printed and included in the package.
7. Policy Revisions
MB Ashtekar Jewellers reserves the right to update or amend this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on our official website.
